BoostDigiCulture Microlearning upskilling programme
The BoostDigiCulture upskilling programme is designed to accommodate for to the needs of small and medium sized cultural institutions, through enhancing adult cultural professionals’ digital capabilities in regards to digital content creation, curation and institutional digital strategy.
The content of the programme will relate to the specific needs and challenges which adult cultural professionals face and which will be identified through the self-assessment (PR4), following the guidelines on the “DigComp at Work Implementation Guide” (2020) and the design of the BoostDigiCulture Professional Digital competence Profile (PR2).
